Broadband

The project sees the creation of a high-speed and high-capacity telecommunication infrastructure for companies established in the DITEDI.

The laying of dedicated optical fibre secondary dorsals installed in physical infrastructures already on the DITEDI territory (E.g. public lighting conduit pipes belonging to the state-owned agencies that participate to ASDI), and/or of dedicated radio bridges (E.g. HyperLAN) where necessary will complete the telematic network.

The concerned areas are those hosting (or about to host) DITEDI companies, which will need high performance and reliability of telematic connections.

Objectives

Supplying infrastructural support to improve the quality of the telecommunications services necessary for the creation and development of the core business of the companies established in the DITEDI (E.g. Internet connection, IP telephone services, video-communication, hosting & housing…)

In the framework of the broadband project, ASDI operates in line with the telecommunication program of the mobility, energy and transport infrastructures Central Direction.
