Organization

The initial structure of ASDI DITEDI S.c.a r.l. is slim, active and functional to the rapid set off of the district activities. It is divided in two main functions, corresponding to two main action areas and two organizational units:

• “Infrastructures”
• “Services”.

The organizational unit “Infrastructures” is based in the Municipality of Tavagnacco premises and deals with space planning, development of infrastructures, as well as with activities improving environmental conditions, landscape and nature in the territory of the District. Furthermore, it promotes the coordination for the reordering of territorial policies and the development of infrastructural systems and plants. The players in this organizational unit, coordinated by the Municipality of Tavagnacco, are territorial corporations, namely the three Municipalities of the District and the Province.

On the other hand, the organizational unit “Services” is based in the Technology and Science Park of Udine and develops high education and update activities, fosters the growth of ICT companies and the achievement of partnerships between companies even through the creation of research projects finalized to competitive strengthening of cooperation, supports the creation of new excellence centres where applied research activities in new or emerging ICT sectors can be potentiated with rapid repercussions on the industry, facilitates connections and national as well as international relations, thus promoting the internationalization of companies and attracting initiatives to be developed in the District together with the main players of the sector (territorial marketing).
