Province of Udine

The Province of Udine is one of the four Provinces that form the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. It is the most extended in terms of territory, with the highest number of inhabitants and the oldest since it includes most of historical Friuli.

The time evolution of the relationship between citizens and institutions determined the need to opportunely manage the services offered by the public administration. This need produced the service card of the Province of Udine, a document illustrating activities and services and stating the commitments assumed by the administration and the rights of users. For the Province of Udine establishing a transparent relationship with their users, based on the satisfaction of activities and the creation of a confidential relationship is a fundamental step.
