The Municipality of Tavagnacco extends over a surface of 15.365.981 sqm. The Municipal territory is provided with a wireless coverage system and 10km of optical fibres.

The road network covers 1.462.680 sqm, with a motorway tollgate in Branco, 3 local public transport lines and 15 km of cyclo-pedestrian routes.

As for its facilities, the Municipality of Tavagnacco provides 2 day nurseries, 4 primary schools and 1 first-degree college, 25 sport facilities, 1 municipal chemist's and 1 municipal swimming pool, 1.707.968 sqm of trading and manufacturing areas.

The quality of life in Tavagnacco is preserved by the Ippovia included in the Valle del Cormor Master Plan, including 202.032 sqm of green areas, 90.492 sqm of waterways and 8 public parks. The DOP White asparagus is also peculiar of this area.

The Municipal administration assigned an area to directional activities and advanced service activities having a distinct vocation to innovation and using or producing advanced technologies. This lead to identify, in a completely innovative way in terms of urban planning, “Digital Technology Productive Zones (Di2 )”, different from traditional ones and showing higher quality standards and diversified functions for production and research areas (restaurants, recreational facilities, services, residence, connection with the town centre, in addition to being close to the motorway tollgate). The identified areas create a new urban avenue on which future facilities will be established: a recognizable quality place strongly characterising the areas designed for the district and overlooking the West by-pass motorway with a large Science Park. The planning provides about 200.000 sqm of real estate surface exclusive of roads and green areas.
